PepeProxy Ltd – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using any residential proxy endpoint, dashboard or related service operated by PepeProxy Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus ("PepeProxy," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

We don't impose a blanket age gate. You simply represent that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract under the laws that apply where you live.

3. Account Registration

You're responsible for:

• keeping credentials confidential;
• all activity that occurs under your account; and
• promptly telling us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Pricing & Billing

• Pay‑as‑you‑go. Traffic is billed per outbound gigabyte (GB).
• Current rate. US $3.00/GB, with volume discounts down to US $2.50/GB. Check the pricing page for live tiers.
• Payment timing. Charges accrue in real time and are settled via your selected payment method.
• No refunds or trials at this time.

5. Permitted Use

Our proxies are for lawful traffic routing only. You're responsible for how and where you point them.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not (directly or via a third party):

1. Hack, intrude, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any network, device, data, or service.
2. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Send or attempt to send any e‑mail‑protocol traffic, including SMTP, POP3, IMAP or any substantially similar protocol; these ports are blocked at the network level.
4. Access or attempt to access any website, domain, or online resource that PepeProxy designates as a Black Website. The blacklist may be expanded at any time without notice.

7. Reselling

Want to repackage or resell our residential bandwidth? Cool—just email [email protected] first for written approval. Unauthorised reselling is a breach of these Terms.

8. Traffic Limits & Fair Use

Your only cap is the traffic you purchase. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts generating network conditions that threaten platform stability or that violate Section 6(3)–(4).

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate immediately, without prior notice, for:

• any breach of Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct);
• non‑payment; or
• activity that, in our sole judgment, risks legal exposure or service disruption.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, documentation, and branding are PepeProxy's property or its licensors'. You get a non‑exclusive, revocable right to use the proxies under these Terms—nothing more.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service is provided "as is" and "as available." No uptime guarantees, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

PepeProxy isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, even if we knew they were possible. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts in Nicosia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our site and take effect 14 days later. Continued use after that means you accept the revised Terms.
